These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Body Art Digital Apps website and our mobile applications (together, the "Services"), operated as the digital products division of Body Art. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Please note: our first mobile application, Universal TV Remote, is currently in development and is not yet available on Google Play. Once published, that application may include its own additional in-app terms and Google Play Data Safety information specific to its features.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and the Body Art Digital Apps name, is the property of Body Art or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Our mobile applications are provided for use on compatible devices, subject to the terms of the applicable app store (such as Google Play) and any additional in-app terms presented at the time of download or use. Application features are being actively developed and may change, and some features described on this website may not yet be available.
The Services may reference or integrate with third-party services (for example, app stores, analytics or communication tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Body Art Digital Apps and Body Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Body Art's place of operation in Israel, consistent with the governing law referenced elsewhere on the Body Art website, without regard to conflict of law principles.
