This Privacy Policy explains how Body Art Digital Apps ("we", "us", "our") handles data for the digital products and mobile applications division of Body Art. This policy covers this website (the Body Art Digital Apps pages) and our mobile application TV Remote: Voice Control (Android package name com.bodyartdigitalapps.tvremote).
About TV Remote: Voice Control: the app turns your phone into a remote control for Android TV, Google TV, and other compatible smart TVs on your local Wi-Fi network, with touchpad/mouse control and voice search. Section 5 below describes exactly what the app itself does with data — it is written to match the app's actual code and the third-party SDKs it uses, not a generic template.
This policy applies to the Body Art Digital Apps website and to the TV Remote: Voice Control mobile application. It does not cover any other application or website operated by Body Art (such as the main Body Art weight-loss program site), which have their own separate privacy policies.

Any information we collect is used only to operate, maintain and improve our website and application, to respond to support requests, and to comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
This section describes the app's real, current behavior. We do not claim the app collects nothing, since several Google SDKs it uses do process data as described below.
Local network discovery & TV pairing. The app discovers compatible TVs on your local Wi-Fi network and connects to them to send remote-control commands (navigation, volume, channel, touchpad/mouse movement, voice commands). Remote-control traffic goes directly between your phone and your TV over your own local network — it is not sent to us or to any server we operate.
Local storage. The list of TVs you've paired with, and your app settings, are stored locally on your phone so you don't have to re-pair every time. This data is not transmitted to us.
Voice input. Voice control and voice search features use Android's built-in speech recognition (SpeechRecognizer), provided by the Google app already on your device and governed by Google's own privacy policy for that service. Audio you speak while using these features is processed by Google's speech-recognition service, not by servers we operate, and we do not separately record or store your voice audio.
YouTube search feature. When you use the app's YouTube voice-search feature, the recognized text of your spoken request is sent to the official YouTube Data API (operated by Google) to find a matching video. This is a distinct data flow from ordinary speech recognition: the text of that specific request is sent to Google's YouTube service so the app can find and play the right video on your TV.
Advertising (Google AdMob). The app shows ads (a banner and, occasionally, a full-screen "app open" ad) through Google's AdMob (Mobile Ads SDK). To request and measure ads, this SDK may process advertising identifiers (such as Android's advertising ID) and other device signals for ad delivery, frequency capping and fraud prevention, along with ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) as standard Mobile Ads SDK telemetry. Consent choices (UMP). Where required by your region's privacy law (for example the EEA, UK or Switzerland), the app shows a consent form, provided by Google's User Messaging Platform, before requesting personalized ads, and no ad is requested until your consent choice is resolved. You can review or change your choice at any time from the app's Settings screen.
Purchases (Google Play Billing). The app offers a one-time, non-consumable purchase ("Remove Ads Forever" / product ID remove_ads_lifetime) that removes ads permanently. This purchase is processed entirely by Google Play Billing — we do not see or store your payment details. We only receive confirmation of the purchase itself via Google Play, used locally by the app to determine whether to show ads. Purchase history associated with your Google account is retained by Google per Google Play's own policies, not by us.
The only data processors involved in the app are Google services: Google AdMob / Mobile Ads SDK, Google User Messaging Platform, Google Play Billing, the YouTube Data API, and Android's built-in system speech recognition. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with any other third party. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Our website and application are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so that we can address it.
Locally stored app data (paired TV list, settings, purchase entitlement cache) stays on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Data processed by Google's SDKs (advertising, consent, billing, YouTube search) is retained per Google's own retention policies. We aim to retain any information we do handle directly only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and to apply reasonable measures to protect it from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we hold about you — contact us using the details below. Within the app: manage ad consent from Settings → Privacy choices; reset or (on supported Android versions) delete your advertising ID from your device's system settings; use the in-app "Remove Ads" purchase to stop ad requests entirely; or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our website or application's features change. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where required, an in-app notice.
